1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Azaad Travel India website and booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Cab Booking and Dispatch
Azaad Travel India operates a registered network of premium intercity and outstation cabs.
- Booking Requests: All ride requests made through our web app are subject to chauffeur availability and route confirmation.
- WhatsApp Redirection: For conversion logging and direct communication, booking triggers may redirect you to our official WhatsApp helpline for customer onboarding.
- Doorstep Arrival: For instant bookings, we strive to dispatch a verified chauffeur to your doorstep within 30 minutes, subject to traffic and regional availability.
3. Fare Calculations and Tariffs
Our fare calculation rules engine adheres to the following guidelines:
- Outstation Minimums: Outstation journeys are billed with a mandatory minimum limit of 250 km per calendar day. If actual distance is lower, billing will reflect the minimum daily limit.
- Hill Station Tariffs: Routes classified as mountain terrain or ghat roads apply specialized hill station pricing (Sedan/SUV rates are modified to offset extreme road conditions).
- Additional Charges: Toll taxes, state border entry permits, airport entry/parking fees, and parking charges are billed extra on actual costs unless clearly pre-included in the package statement.
- Driver Allowance: Chauffeur night allowance (typically ₹500/day) is applied to outstation multi-day trips running between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be requested via our 24/7 concierge support line. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time may attract a token cancellation fee to compensate the chauffeur for transit time. Refunds (if any) are processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment source.
5. Passenger Conduct and Safety
Passengers must respect local law enforcement guidelines. Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, and vandalism of the vehicle are strictly prohibited. The chauffeur reserve the right to terminate the journey immediately without refunds if a passenger displays unruly, violent, or unsafe behavior.
6. Limitation of Liability
Azaad Travel India makes every effort to ensure timely dispatch and transit safety. However, we are not responsible for delays, itinerary changes, or booking interruptions caused by force majeure events such as extreme weather, natural disasters, political strikes, or sudden road blocks.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
