Welcome to Azaad Travel India. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Azaad Travel India's relationship with you in relation to this website and our service.

1. Service Overview

Azaad Travel India provides outstation cab booking, airport transfers, and local hourly rentals. We act as a platform to connect users with professional drivers and transportation services.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our website or authorized helplines.
• Fares shown at the time of booking are indicative. Final fares may include additional charges for tolls, parking, and state taxes.
• A part-payment (usually 20%) may be required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid to the driver at the end of the trip.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on the time of cancellation:

• Free cancellation is generally available up to 24 hours before the pickup time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate pickup and drop details.
• Users are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by the user may result in additional charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

Azaad Travel India is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical failures. While we strive for 100% on-time service, we do not guarantee specific arrival times.

6. Specific Terms for Azaad Driver Marketplace

If you use the Azaad Driver App, the following specific terms apply to you:

• Scope of Service: The Azaad Driver App operates exclusively as a professional networking directory for commercial drivers. The platform's sole function is to facilitate the sharing of leads and information between registered users. Azaad is not a party to, nor does it control or guarantee, any transaction between users.
• Independent Peer-to-Peer Transactions: All business arrangements, fare negotiations, and lead transfers are conducted strictly on a direct, peer-to-peer basis. Drivers are independent operators and are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, verification, and risk assessment before transacting with or trusting another user on the platform.
• Limitation of Liability: As a directory service, Azaad (including its affiliates, directors, and employees) assumes no liability for any financial losses, breach of contract, fraud, theft, vehicle damage, or any personal incident arising from connections made through the app. By using the platform, users agree that they share and accept bookings entirely at their own risk.
• Platform Integrity & Account Moderation: To maintain a secure network, Azaad reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate reports of misconduct and to suspend or permanently terminate the account of any user found engaging in fraudulent activities, repeated violations of trust, or behavior detrimental to the community.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
