If you use the Azaad Driver App as a registered driver, the following specific provisions apply to you:

• Professional Profile Visibility: To enable effective networking within the marketplace, your professional profile—including your name, profile picture, vehicle type, and operating city—will be visible to other registered drivers. Your contact information (Phone/WhatsApp) is disclosed to the relevant counter-party only to facilitate communication for active leads.
• Verification Document Security: Documents collected for profile verification (such as Driving License or RC) are used strictly to maintain network integrity and safety. These documents are stored securely and are never disclosed to other users or third parties, except where required by law enforcement or competent legal authorities.

7. Data Deletion Request

Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data collected by the Azaad Driver App. To request data deletion, please send an email to support@azaadtravelindia.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please include your registered name and phone number in the email. Upon verification, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 5-7 business days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
